Capture Employees’ Details
Ability to capture or import employee details into the system. Such details include the following:
Mandatory Employee Info: Staff ID, Email, Username (each of these could be generated or entered into the system manually), Unit, Department, Level, Photograph, Separate system access roles.
Staff/Family Details: First name, Last name, Middle name, Date of birth, Marital status, State of origin, etc.
Next of Kin: Multiple next of kin support, information captured includes Full name, Relationship to staff, Date of birth.
Contact Information: Secondary email, Phone numbers, State of origin, State of residence, Contact address
Dynamic Employee Grouping: Ability to categorize employees by common attributes e.g. create a group for “all employees in a particular subsidiary” or “all employees in grade levels 7-10 can be labeled as middle management”. Once these dynamic groups are created, they can be used in payroll processing or approval workflows
Dynamic Employee Fields Ability to create new employee fields (customize data entry forms) on the fly and report on them and use them for dynamic employee grouping e.g. define a new field called Mentor or Alternate phone numbers and make them mandatory or not.
Change request workflows: Ability for staff to initiate profile change with approval notification to HR before confirmation.
Employment History: Capture multiple entries for Previous organization, Start date and End date, Position, Remarks.
Education History: Facility to capture multiple education histories with information including Name of institution, Type of institution, Start date and End date, Course, Grade, Degree, Remarks.
Professional Qualifications: Facility for capturing professional qualifications. Information captured includes Title, Description, Country, Type, Certificate number, Date obtained.
Medical Information: Blood group, Genotype etc
File Attachments: Attach scan documents like School/NYSC Certificates, Submitted Reference forms to individual employees.
Career Milestones (Employment History) Facility for capturing career progression of each staff. The information presented includes date of entry, positions obtained, certifications obtained, degrees obtained.
Confirmation Process Facility for capturing academic references, previous employer, character reference, confirmation date.
Notification Prompts Notification to HR for confirmation almost due, confirmations due and overdue confirmations.asdfasdfsd
Capture different leave types e.g. Annual leave, maternity leave, study leave, sick leave etc. Easy administration interface to define new leave type, define number of days, ability to carry over to following years, proration and ability to accumulate beyond certain number of days.
Leave application Apply for leave while specifying start date and return date, leave type, relief officer while on leave.
Leave approval workflow Notify HR of created leave applications, provides facility for leave approval workflow and notifications between applicant and approver.
History View history of leave taken. System able to validate number of leave already taken and enforce governance on number of remaining leave days.

Competencies Define competencies and relate to organizational goals. Relate trainings to competencies.
Succession Planning Maintain command structure in terms of competency profile and record of successor with required skill, qualification. Generate training template for career path and succession planning.
Manpower Forecast Ability to use manpower target information to set target for recruitment. Facility to monitor actual recruitment against plan.
